Jennifer Rush

Jennifer Rush is inspired daily by others, both her team and clients. Having grown up in Northern Illinois on a 5-acre farm, Jennifer learned her work ethic, resourcefulness, and ability to dream big while caring for animals and spending most days outside. Jennifer originally had plans to be a teacher. After earning her BA in English Literature, she quickly realized her analytical skills could be put to work elsewhere.

“Real estate allows me to be a teacher every day.” She has a pretty deep love for educating others on what’s going on with the market so they can make intelligent and calculated decisions. Going on 20 years of providing sales and service, Jennifer has never been so excited to be part of something that holds so much energy and promise as Rise Realty Group.

Courtney Stiles

Courtney Stiles has a passion for learning and a heart for people. Born and raised in Oklahoma, she graduated from OBU with her degree in Secondary Education. For the past decade, Courtney has been working with customers and loves meeting new people.

She yearns for adventure and looks forward to a challenge. Her clients especially appreciate her diligence in researching to find buyers the perfect property and sellers the ideal marketing strategy. Courtney then creates a tailored approach for the best possible purchase experience around!

Heather Erwin

Heather is a professional writer-turned-database aficionado, having discovered a love of efficiency and analytics over the last several years of her career. She has over 10 years of experience as an administrative assistant and project coordinator and brings her attention to detail to Rise Realty Group to help streamline Lead Generation and Marketing processes.

Moreover, Heather has spent most of her life around computers and ever-evolving technology, which has trained her to pick up new skills quickly and adapt when things change or become obsolete. She’s confident this ability will be put to good use in the fast-paced world of real estate.

Notably, Heather holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Oklahoma, and still spends most of her free time reading and writing.

With 3 years of real estate knowledge, over a decade of client care experience, and 8 plus years of being a trainer and manager, Christina is more than equipped to lead our agents, clients, and operations department to reach their goals and the highest level of success possible!
